Contemporary, fairly clean hotel with EXCELLENT services, I liked its family atmosphere. I had a very relaxing stay in my family king room. Variety of options for breakfast including cereal and cheese. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Zermatt.

The room was updated and practical with soft beds, and the location was cool. Hotel staff was willing to help and super friendly. Cheap cheese, boiled eggs, cereal, cakes and fruit supplied. Free hot champagnes and wines in the main bar, ample parking place.

An absolutely brilliant hotel with charming location, plus the staff were more than helpful. They made my stay outstanding. It was accommodating, the room was terrific and had a comfortable bed. The place was close to Zermatt downtown.

Good for skiing. We liked the ideal location, and the pretty friendly staff. It was close to Zermatt heart of the city. Standard king room was so clean and really spacious.
